1. This is a complaint filed by the Complainants U/s.17(1)(a)(i) of Consumer Protection Act,1986 on 27.08.2024 against the Opposite Parties to direct them as follows:-

(i) To execute registered sale deed regarding the schedule mentioned flat on the name of the Complainants.

(ii) To pay Rs.5,00,000/- as compensation for causing mental agony, sufferings.

(iii) To pay legal charges of Rs.1,00,000/- being the legal charges incurred by complaints.

(iv) To pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Commission deems fit and proper in the interest of justice.

2. Brief facts of the case: The case of the Complainants is that, Opposite Party No.1 is a registered company, into the business of real estate and construction. Opposite Party No.2 to 4 are the managing directors of Opposite Party No.1 and involved into the day to day affairs of the Opposite Party No.1 company. That when the complainants were intending to purchase a flat they came across the Opposite Parties and the Opposite Parties made them believe that they are involved the field of construction of residential apartments in and around Hyderabad further that they have purchased a land to an extent of 1,000 Sq.yadrs at plot No.22/C and 23/C under the Sy.No.80 to 24 situated at Madhapur Village, Serilingampalli Mandal, Rangareddy District, Telangana through Registered Sale Deed bearing No.6854/2022 on 25.04.2022 from Smt. Kasu Shylaja Reddy and have obtained the GHMC permission vide file No.1/C114/01403/2016 and permit No.1/C11/05157/2017 dated 07.06.2017 for construction of an apartment consisting of two cellars + stilt and five upper floors under the name and style “Sahiti’s Kruthi Blossoms”.
