निर्णय
परिवादीगण श्रीमती निर्मला दोषी एवं श्री नवीन दोषी ने विपक्षीगण अनुकम्पा बिल्डहोम प्रा.लि. जरिये निदेशक श्री प्रशान्त शर्मा एवं अन्य के विरुद्ध उपभोक्ता संरक्षण अधिनियम, 2019 की धारा 47 के अन्तर्गत यह परिवादपत्र इन तथ्यों का पेश किया है कि परिवादीगण ने विपक्षीगण से उनके द्वारा जयपुर नगर निगम द्वारा दिनांक 15.02.2011 को आवंटित 1420 वर्गमीटर के प्लॉट संख्या- जी.आर.3, बी-ब्लॉक, ग्रैण्ड्योर, सुन्दर सिंह भण्डारी नगर, स्वेज फार्म, सोडाला, जयपुर में निर्मित अपार्टमेंट "ग्रैण्ड्योर" में पाँचवीं मंजिल पर एक फ्लैट संख्या 504 कुल राशि 50,31,328/-रुपये में दिनांक 11.08.2014
