2- This is an application seeking early hearing of this matter for the reason that parties have settled their dispute amicably.

3- We have heard Sri S.K. Sharma, learned counsel for the appellant and Sri N.N. Pandey, learned counsel for the respondents.

4- Learned counsel for the appellant has very fairly stated that he does not want to press this appeal anymore and wants to get the same be dismissed as withdrawn.

5- Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the aforesaid prayer.

6- Therefore, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn as prayed.

7- The application seeking early hearing of this matter is accordingly disposed of.
