Moharr Malge, advocate take notice of this appeal memorandum and filed vakalath on behalf of respondent No.l and Smt.Vijaya Lakshmi, advocate also take notice on behalf of respondent No.2 to 12 and files vakalath_ Advocate for both parties also frled joint memo stating that, the matter is settled by complying the order.
The advocate for appellant submits that, the sentence passed in this Execution is required to be suspended in view of the compliance. All the respondents in person present through V.C. and submit that, the entire order was complied by settling the matter. Therefore, they do not want to press on the execution.
Considering the submission made by the parLies, the order passed by the District Commission in this Execution is hereby set aside and the direction is given to the District Commission to close the Execution petition on the next date of hearing.
In view of the joint memo and settlement, the Ap Execution is also dlqrosed
