1. The brief facts set out in the complaint are that the complainant is resident of H.No.3/27, Suddapally village of Dichpally mandal District Nizamabad. Opposite party no.1 is the Branch Manager of Nizamabad with code no.1218, the opposite party no.2 is the Regional Manager, the opposite party no.3 is the Managing Director of Sahara Credit Co-operative Society Ltd., and opposite party no.4 is the Chairman of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). Further the complainant has deposited the amounts under E-Shine Scheme under 3 spells on 15-05-2012 (27) Bonds, 24-05-2012 (8) Bonds and 09-06-2012 (3) Bonds, Totally (38) Bonds for an amount of Rs.7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs only) in favour of opposite parties no. 1 to 3 as below:
