COMMON ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to comply with the order of this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.No.24641 of 2017 dated 20.06.2018 by attaching the properties of the financial establishment HBN Diaries and Allied Ltd. and disburse the amount to the petitioner within a time framed fixed by this Hon'ble court.
2. The writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to issue a notification under Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial Establishment Act 1997 attaching the properties of the accused persons in Crime No.3 of 2016 on the file of 3rd Respondent and consequently, appoint a committee / Administrator for Settlement and disbursement of the claim of depositors in M / S.HBN Dairies and Allied Limited headed by a Retired High Court Judge to monitor the proceedings and disbursal of the recovered amount in Cr. No.3 of 2016 pending on the file of 3r
