This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief:

“.....to issue writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No 4 not issuing the pattedar pass books and title deeds to the Petitioner in pursuant to the purchase of the land Acs.5- 00 old No.373 in Sy No.384/1 situated at Tarigoppula village Dharur Mandal Ranga Reddy District vide registered Sale Deed bearing Document No 3520/2015 dated 29.04.2015 as arbitrary illegal unjust and unconstitutional and in violation of Rights in Land and Pattedar Pass Books Act, 1971 consequently call for the records in the proceedings and direct the M.R.O to issue Pattedar Passbooks and title deeds on the application of the Petitioner dated 22.02.2015 and 04.07.2015 and pass.....”

2. Heard Smt. V. Vijaya lakshmi, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 4 and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Industries appearing on behalf of respondent No.1.
