Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation and Command Area Development Department.

The petitioners are claiming that they are the absolute owners and possessors of the land admeasuring Acs.24.36 guntas in Survey Nos.78/E1/1/1, 79/E1/Α/1, 77/E/1, 78/AA1/1, 79/AA1, 79/E1A/2, 78/E1/1/1/2, 77/E/2, 78/Α/4, 78/E/4, 78/EE/4, 78/VU/4, 79/A/4, 79/E/4, 79/VU/4, 78/A/5, 78/E/5, 78/ΕΕ/5, 78/VU/5, 79/Α/5, 79/E/5, 79/EE/5, 79/VU/5, 78/E/3, 78/ΕΕ/3, 79, 78/A/2, 78/E/2, 78/ΕΕ/2, 78/VU/2, 79/A/2, 79/E/2, 79/ΕΕ/2, 79/VU/2, 78/Α/4, 78/ΕΕ/4, 78/VU/4, 79/EE/4, 78/A/3, 78/VU/3, 79/A/3, 79/ΕΕ/3, 79/E/3, 79/VU/3, 34, 75/Α, 65/ΕΕ, 64/Α, 65/E, 66/VU, 66/ΕΕ, 66/ΕΕ, 66/VU, 66/LUU/2, 67/5/AA, situated at Malkaram Village, Shamshabad Mandal, Rangareddy District. In proof of the same, they have filed copies of sale deeds. Their names were also mutated in revenue record and latest pattadar passbooks-cum-title deeds were also issued.
