Toking into considerolion thot lhe punishment prescribed for the offence olleged ogoinsl the pelitioners is less lhon seven (07) yeors imprisonment, this Court deems il oppropriote to direct the petitioners - occused Nos.l to 4 to oppeor before the investigoting officer on or before 05.10.2023 between 02:00 p.m. ond 04:00 p.m. The lnvesligoting Officer is direcled to follow lhe procedure loid down under Seclion 4l-A Cr.P.C ond olso the guidelines formuloted by lhe Hon'ble Supreme Court in Arnesh Kumor v. Slole of Bihorl scrupulously. However, the pelitioners - occused Nos.I to 4 sholl co-operote wilh lhe lnvestigoling Officer os onrl when requlred by furnishing informotion ond documents os sought by him in concluding lhe investigotion.
