ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: “….to issue any appropriate Writ or order or direction, especially in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent Bank, in making the request to respondent Nos.1 to 3 herein and their officials to issue a Look Out Circular against the petitioner herein and to further declare the communication dated 24/11/2021 addressed to the petitioner in that regard as arbitrary, illegal and as unjust and issue a consequential direction directing all the Respondents not to issue raise or act upon any Look Out Circular LOC issued or proposed to be issued against the petitioner herein pursuant to the said request made by the 4th respondent herein as communicated to the petitioner in its communication dated 24/11/2021 and set aside the said communication dated

24/11/2021 of the 4th respondent addressed to the petitioner...”

2. The case of the petitioner is that he is the Managing Director of M/s. Gayatri Projects Limited, which is incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956. It is the further case of the petitioner that for the purpose of business, M/s. Gayatri Projects Limited availed credit facilit
