O R D E R:

Petitioner questions the proceedings dated 29-08-2016 of the 2 nd respondent – Society for Training and Employment Promotion. He seeks to treat him on par with Smt. M. Jayasree, who was similarly-employed but had her services regularized and was granted scale of pay.

2. The case of petitioner is that he was employed as a computer operator in the office of the 3 rd respondent since 2003 and initially, was paid a consolidated salary of Rs.2,900/-, which later was increased to Rs.4,500/-. Smt. M. Jayasree, who worked alongside petitioner, was also receiving a consolidated pay of Rs.4,500/-. The Government of Andhra Pradesh, through G.O.Rt.No.2501, dated 13-07-2006, issued an order enhancing remuneration for outsourced employees across various departments. In response to this, the 2 nd respondent issued office note Rc.No.760/Acct/2006 dated 14-09-2006, permitting payment of remuneration at Rs.5,500/- with effect from 13-07-2006 as per the government order. Subsequently, the 2 nd respondent, by proceedings No.403/Estt/2008 dated 01-12- 2008, fixed a scale of pay at Rs.4,825/- to Rs.10,845/- as per the PRC 2005, effective from 13-07-2008, for Smt.
