“ … to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Certiorari to call for the records and to set aside the order dated 16.04.2022 vide Case No. F2/ 131/ 2022 (Revision Case No.5221/ 2021) passed by Respondent No.2/ Special Tribunal as illegal, arbitrary, erroneous against the provisions of Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadaar Pass books Act, 1971 and also against all settled principles of Law and to pass… ”.

I .A. No.1 of 2 0 2 2 A perusal of the impugned order shows that a finding is rendered in respect of a registered sale deed dated 06.10.2006 vide document No.11169/ 2006, dated 06.10.2006 covering an extent of Acs.5.10 gts in Survey Nos.52, 54 and 55 of Thimmapur Village, Bommalaramaram Mandal, Nalgonda District, executed in favour of the first petitioner herein by declaring that the vendor has not transferred any property through the said document. The first petitioner herein is not made a party before the Special Tribunal nor was she put on notice while passing the impugned order.
In the circumstances, there shall be interim suspension of the operation of the impugned order”.

Sri Avinash Desai, learned Senior Designate Counsel representing Sri Kuncha Sunil Goud, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 6 to 8 fairly submits that in view of the fact that as borne on record that petitioner had not been made a party to the impugned proceedings and yet an order has been passed against the petitioner, the matter could be remanded to the 2 nd respondent for providing reasonable opportunity to the petitioner.
