COMMON JUDGMENT:
1. Accused Nos.1 and 2 were tried for the offence of murder by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, in SC.No.374/2015, wherein, A1 was convicted and A2 was acquitted.
2. Criminal Appeal No.405 of 2016 is filed by Accused No.1 questioning his conviction recorded by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, in SC.No.374/2015 for the offences under Sections 302 , 379 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code and sentencing him to undergo Imprisonment for life and to pay a fine of Rs.10,000/- for the offence under Section 302 of IPC ; to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of two years and to pay a fine of Rs.2,000/- for the offence under
