The presen Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A-1. to A-4, under Sectior r 482 of Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.22 oI 20i0 on the file of the Special Judge for Economic Offences at Hyde,rabad. The 1't respondent filed a complaint under Section 76-A of 'he Companies Act, 2013 ({or short "the Act") for violation of Secti< n 73 of the Act read with Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Rules, 2 01-1.

In pursuance of its business, the 1st petitioner has originally pu'chased the land to an extent of around Ac.7,33 gts., in Jadcharla, Ac 45.30 gts., in Siddipet, Ac.5.15 gts., in Nednur, Ac.22.08 gts., in Sriram Nagar Village and Ac.3.07 gts,, in Sriram Nagar Village. lr ost of the lands are situated in a radius of 7-10 kms. from the Distr:t he.adquarters. After purchase of the saitl agricultural lan<, the Company appliecl for con
