JUDGMENT:
The appellant/opposite party No.2/Reliance General Insurance Company Limited, represented by its Legal Manager has filed this appeal assailing the order dated 15.10.2018 in EC No.17 of 2015, before the Commissioner for Workmen(cid:146)s Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labour-III, T.Anjaiah Karmika Samkshema Bhavan, Hyderabad.
2. This application in EC No.17 of 2015 was filed by the dependents of the deceased workman late Sayyed Jahangir Hussain claiming compensation for his death in the course of employment of opposite party No.1 as a driver of auto bearing No.TS 15UA 2108, which was insured with the opposite party No.2. The learned Commissioner for Workmen(cid:146)s Compensation has allowed the said application filed against opposite party Nos.1 and 2 fixing joint and several liability directing to pay an amount of Rs.7,75,651/- along with interest at the rate of 12% per annum on the amount of compensation of Rs.7,72,107/- from 15.12.2015 till the date of deposit of the compensation.
Feeling aggrieved by the said orders the opposite party No.2 has filed this appeal.
