4. This Court, having perused the ings pl.oceed datcd

24.03.2023 and also taking into consideration of the facr that an elal-.orate enquiry has been undertaken by the respondent while issuing the said proceedings dated 24.03.2023, is of the considered view that there is nothing on record to prove that the respondent has deliberately delayed the matter and as such, in the absence of any proof of deliberate viclation of the order passed by this Court, this Court is not inciined to continue the contempt proceedings against the respondent.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed, leaving it open to the petitioners to take appropriate action against the proceedings dated 24.03.2023, if they are otherwise advised.

There shall be no crder as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
