ORDER:
Heard Sri A. Samir Kumar Reddy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Sri L. Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TSI I C, appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3.
2. The petitioner approached the Court seeking prayer as under:
“…to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent issuing the cancellation order to the petitioner by letter No.E.P.I.P/P.S.M/P- 7&10/08/2059 dated 22.04.2008 as illegal, arbitrary, void and in operate apart from the jurisdiction and set aside the said letter No.E.P.I.P/P.S.M/P-7&10/08/2059 dated 22.04.2008 issued by the 3rd respondent and pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
3. The case of the petitioner in brief, is that the petitioner company was incorporated in the year 1998. As per the directions of the respondents, the petitioner entered into lease deed with respondents vide registered document No.12945/04 dated 11.11.2004.
