ORDER:
Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Forest appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 3, learned Government Pleader for Tribal Welfare appearing for respondent No.2 and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.4 and 5. With their consent this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. This writ petition is filed seeking the following:-
“to declare the undated show-cause Eviction Notice issued by Respondent No.3 under the Telangana Forests Act, 1967 as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Articles 14, 19(1) and 21 of the Constitution of India, contrary to the Scheduled Tribes and other Traditional Forest Dwellers (Recognition of Forest Rights) Act, 2006 more particularly Section 4(5) and without considering individual claim of the Petitioner dated 11.11.2021 recorded in Claim Register page No.71, and Consequently set-aside the undated show-cause Eviction Notice issued by Respondent No.3 and also Direct the Respondent Nos.4 and 5 to consider the Representation dated 19.06.2023 including the individual claim of the Petitioner dated 11.11.2021 recorded in Claim Register page No.71 by granting individ
