Heard Mr. Mohd. Islamuddin Ansari, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri Midde Arun Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3. Perused the record.

Petitioner is claiming that she is owner and possessor of house bearing No.1-10-27/4/2 admeasuring 73 square yards with built up area of 200 square feet of A.C.C roof situated at Prakash Nagar, Begumpet, Secunderabad, Telangana on the strength of registered Sale deed bearing document No.522 of 2021 dated 18.02.2021. She is also owner of H.No.1-10-27/4/2 admeasuring 74 square yards under the strength of registered Sale deed bearing document No.1163 of 2021 dated 07.06.2021. Her name was also mutated in the municipal records. When 2 nd respondent tried to interfere with her possession over the said property, she has filed suit in O.S.No.78 of 2021 for injunction.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the said suit was dismissed for default.

4. Petitioner has filed W.P.No.32654 of 2024 to declare the action of 2 nd respondent in straight away removing the TDR Certificate in file No.01161/TDR/2021 dated 27.11.2021 etc. Vide order dated 23.08.2022 the said writ petition was disposed o
