ORDER.
THE HONOURABLE SMT JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORDER This writ petition is filed with the following prayer;
"to issue an order, direction or writ more particularly in the nature of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent herein in not considering the applications of petjtioner daled 16-12-2021. 23-11-2021 and 18-11-2020 for mutation of his name in respect of H.No.5-91/1 Mothkur Municipality in terms of Section 104 of the Telangana Municipalities Act, 2019 as iliegal, arbitrary, highhanded apart from being violative of A(icles '14 and 300-4 of the Constitution of lndia and consequently to direct the 2'd respondent to mutate the name of petitioner in respect of H.No 5-91/1 Mothkur Municipality".

Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. T. Bala Mohan Reddy submits that the petitioner has purchased the subject property in the I year 2015 for a sale consideration of Rs.9,52,000/- and the same was '
registered in his name and thereafter, he is paying the tax to the Municipality. He submits that the petitioner has made an application to mutate his name in the municipal records, but the same is not considered by the respondents and hence, he has come up before this Court.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2-Municipality Mr. I N. Praveen Kumar submtts that in the municipal records, the name of the petitionels vendor is not there, but the name of one Jaldi Muthulingam is there as per the records.

The petitioner has made a representation dated 16_12_2021 to respondent No.2 and according to him, he has purchased the property by way of a registered sale deed dated 02-05_2015 from one pocham Narsaiah. ln view of the same, respondent No.2 Municipality shall consider the representation of petitioner dated 16_12-2021 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5 Accordingly, the Writ petition is disposed of. No order as cost costs

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall I stand closed.
