O R D E R:

With the consent of parties, this Writ Petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage.

2. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

“...to issue writ, order or directions more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings of the 2nd respondent No.LC/WP/785(46) /2002- RM-KR, dated 17/01/2023 in not payment of difference retirement benefits of the petitioner by refixing the pay after restoration of two reduced increments as illegal and arbitrary and setaside the same and further direct the 2nd respondent to restore the reduced two increments and re fix the pay of the petitioner and pay difference retirement benefits to the petitioner on re fixed pay and pass...”

3. Heard Sri P.Govind Rajulu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Gaddam Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel for Telangana State Road Transport Corporation for the respondents.
