Respondents WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri G Surcsh Goud prcsented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstanccs stated in the aflldavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of, Mandamus declaring thc impugned order dated 24.07.2023 in Cr.No.106/Coop/2023 passed by the 2nd respondent in r.rot cancelling the nowkamanras issued to sell toddy in 5th respondent society in the names of 6th and 7th respondents as arbitrary, illegal. unlaulul and against the principles oI nalural justice and consequently direct the 2''o respt''ndent herein to forlhwith recall anci cancel the nowkamamas issued to 5th respondent in the uames of 6th and Tth respondents without giving any reasons. pursuant to request dated:-O7.10.2022 of the then PlC-chairman who is present President of 5th [espondent;
