ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing for the respondents. With their consent, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.
2. This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer:
“to declare the action of the 3rd Respondent in not completing the Digital signature of registered sale deed No.128/2024 dated 25.01.2024 which is already registered by him presented by the petitioner on 25.01.2024, vide Application No.2400045946 in respect of the land in Sy No.71/14 to an extent of Ac.1.30 gts situated at Pothireddypally village, Sanga Reddy Mandal, Sanga Reddy District as illegal arbitrary and in violation of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020 and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to do Digital signature of registered sale deed No.128/2024, dated 24.01.2024 which is already registered by him and pass such other order or orders .”
