The Court made the following: ORDER A letter dated 18.10.2023 was addressed by the FAC Speciar sessions Judge for Fast rracking the cases rerating to Atrocities against women - cum - rv Additional District and sessions Judge, Nargonda to extend the time granted on 03.04.2023 in M.A.G.M.A.N o.2s62 of 2006 for a further period of three (03) months to dispose of O.P.No.714 of 2003 on its file.

considering the reasons stated by the officer that due to the non-availabirity of the depositions and documents marked in 1g crubbed cases, he courd not dispose of the matter within the stipulated time and also considering the submission of the learned counsel for the appellant that he had furnished a copy of the above record to the officer, it is considered fit to extend the time for a further period of three (03)

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

However, it is made crear that no further extension of time wourd be granted.

The officer is directed to dispose of the matter within the extended period of time.
