ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by the order, dated 24.08.2023, passed in I.A.No.96 of 2023 in R.C.No.190 of 2008 by the Principal Rent Controller, Hyderabad.

2. R.C.No.190 of 2008 is filed by petitioner for eviction. During the pendency of the petition, I.A.No.96 of 2023, is filed by petitioner, to send the documents under Ex.X1, P3, P3-A and Exs.P27 to 37 to the Truth Labs for comparison of the thumb impressions and signature of the respondent. The trial Court dismissed the application. Aggrieved by the order of the trial Court, the petitioner herein preferred the present Civil Revision Petition.

Learned counsel for petitioner contended that I.A.No.43 of 2020 requesting for comparison of thumb impression of the respondent and the register presented by the Sub- Registrar, S.R.Nagar, Hyderabad and it is marked under Ex.X1. Aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner preferred C.R.P.No.1261 of 2021 before this Court and this Court on 13.10.2022 allowed the said C.R.P. The petitioner herein filed I.A.No.44 of 2020 to send the Register presented by the Sub-Registrar, S.R.Nagar and signatures of respondent i.e., Ex.X1, P3,
