ORDER
This writ petition is filed for the following relief:-
“…to issue writ more particularly one in the nature of a writ of Mandamus under Article 226 of Constitution of India or any other appropriate Writ or order or direction to the respondents action of omitting the petitioner’s name to the excluded land of Kasaram Cheruvu (Shikam Land in Sy.No.1374) to the extent of Ac.00-19 gts., situated at Nirmal Village and Mandal, Nirmal District, wherein included in the Katha No.133 of the petitioner’s father’s vendor i.e., Sri Narayan S/o. Ramanna Satya name in Copy of Commissioner & Director, Survey Settlement and Land Records Proceeding vide Rc.No.F1/651/2015, Dated: 23.03.2022 and in Copy of Collector (Survey and Land Records) Nirmal proceedings bearing No.Rc.No.A1/470/2010 dated 28.02.2018, and in copy of proceedings bearing No.A1/470/2010 dated: 06.05.201
