Since the issue involved in both the appeals is one and the same, they are being heard together and disposed of by way of this common judgment.

Aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated 23.03.2007 passed in O.S.No.53 of 2004 by the IX Additional Chief Judge (Fast Track Court) City Civil Court, Hyderabad, C.C.C.A.No.157 of 2007 is filed by the appellants-defendants 5 & 6, who are subsequent purchasers of the suit schedule property and C.C.C.A.No.210 of 2007 is filed by the appellants-defendants 1 to 3.
