ORDER
This transfer criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/accused in C.C.No.1136 of 2022 seeking transfer of C.C.No.1136 of 2022 from the Court of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Gajwel to Metropolitan Court, Nampally, Hyderabad.
2. Heard Sri Narendra Agarwal, party-in-person/petitioner, Sri R.Anurag, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent-State.
3. The contention of petitioner is that he was arrayed as sole accused in Cr.No.55 of 2018 for the offences under Section 381, 420 and 427 of Indian Penal Code, basing on the complaint given by Senior Manager of Indian Immunological Limited, Hyderabad. The petitioner herein is a Post-Graduate from BITS Pilani and he is a Senior Executive-whistle blower and Managing Director of the complainant company is the key accused in his complaint.
