JUDGMENT:

Aggrieved by the order and decree dated 29.07.2022 (hereinafter will be referred as ‘impugned order’) passed by the learned Chairman, Motor Vehicles Accidents Claims Tribunal – cum - IV Additional District Judge, Nalgonda (hereinafter will be referred as ‘Tribunal’) in M.V.O.P.No.50 of 2015, the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation has filed the present Appeal to set aside the impugned order.

2. For the sake of convenience, the parties hereinafter are referred as they were arrayed before the Tribunal.

3. The brief facts of the case as can be seen from the record are as under:

a) The petitioner filed claim petition under Section 166 of the Motor Vehicle Act claiming compensation of Rs.6,00,000/- against the Respondent/Corporation for the injuries sustained by him in the road traffic accident that occurred on 21.10.2012. The reason assigned by the petitioner for the injuries sustained by him in the accident is that on 21.10.2012 at 11.30 PM h
