ORDER
Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri G. Madhusudan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4. Perused the record.
2. Petitioner is claiming that he is the absolute owner and possessor of plot No.515-C in Sy.No.77, admeasuring 140 Sq. yards, situated at Kondapur village, Serilingampalli Mandal, Ranga Reddy district, on the strength of a registered sale deed bearing document No.2959 of 1995, dated 08.03.1995. He has obtained building permit order, dated 04.12.2024 for construction of Stilt for parking + 2 Upper floors. Petitioner has not yet commenced the construction. Work commencement letter was not even issued to the petitioner. In the meanwhile, respondent No.3 has issued Show Cause Notice, dated 04.01.2025 for revocation of the said building permit order granted to him. Seven days time was granted to submit explanation.
