ORDER:
This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the survey, demarcation and fixing the boundaries of the petitioner’s agricultural land admeasuring Ac.1.19 guntas in Sy.No.410/a and Acs.2.12 guntas in Sy.No.411/a, situated at Pillalamarri Village, Suryapet Mandal and District, inspite of issuing survey notice, dated 04.02.2025 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of the Articles 14, 19 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently, prayed for other appropriate reliefs.
2. It is stated that the agricultural land admeasuring Ac.1.19 guntas in Sy.No.410/a and Acs.2.12 guntas in Sy.No.411/a, situated at Pillalamarri Village, Suryapet Mandal and District. It is further stated that the name of the petitioner was reflected in all the revenue records as pattadar and the revenue authorities also issued pattadar pass book bearing No.T29210121693 vide Khata No.2840 under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2020. It is further stated that when the neighbouring land owners have started disturbing the boundaries of the subject land and as such, the petitioner had submitted F-Line application No.022501136
