JUDGMENT:

The Criminal Appeal is filed by the appellant-father of the victim questioning the Judgment dated 29.04.2011 in Criminal appeal No.116 of 2010 (hereinafter will be referred as ‘impugned judgment’) passed by the learned I Additional Sessions Judge at Adilabad, wherein the Judgment dated 27.11.2010 passed by the learned Principal Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Mancherial, Adilabad District in C.C.No.4656 of 2005 convicting the accused for the offences under Sections 498-A of the Indian Penal Code (for short “ IPC ”) was set aside.

2. For the sake of convenience, the parties hereinafter are referred to as they were arrayed before the trial Court.
