2. The petitioners-plaintiffs filed a suit in O.S. No.258 of 2020 for perpetual injunction and along with the said suit filed I.A. No.100 of 2020 seeking temporary injunction under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of CPC. The interlocutory application was filed seeking ad-interim injunction restraining the respondent-defendant from interfering with their enjoyment and possession of the petition schedule A and B properties.
