O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed with the following prayer: “…to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more specially one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the petitioner’s admission for the scheme of fee reimbursement in MBA course studying in the 4th respondent college following the guidelines issued by the 2nd and 3rd respondents is illegal, arbitrary and unjust and contrary to the articles 14, 19 & 21 of constitution of India and consequently declare the guidelines framed for fee reimbursement by the 2nd and 3rd respondent is against the spirit of Article 371D of Constitution of India as well as G.O.P.No.646, dated 10.07.1979 and direct the respondent 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner admission for the scheme of fee reimbursement in MBA course in the 4th respondent college and pass such order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper..”
