HON,BLE DT. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.574 of 2019 ORDER:

This criminal petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/A.2 in Crime No.181 of 2018 of iII Town Police Station, Karimanagar District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 306 read with 34 IPC.

Heard leamed counsel for the petitioner ar.rd learned Public Prosecutor, representing the State, and perused the First Information Report, wherein it is stated that the accused abated the deceased to commit suicide and it is out come of the money transaction of Rs.13 lakhs the de facto complainant parted with to A.I through A.2.

It is the contention in the bail application that the amount received even from the very prosecution case covered by the First Information Report contents by A.1 and A.2 is only at best from the allegation a mediator and he is in a better footing to A.1. A.1 was already granted bail and he is entitled to the same concession.
