This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against the Order dated 05.10.2024 in I.A.No.146 of 2020 in O.S.No.248 of 2018 passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge-cum-Family Court-Medchal-Malkajgiri District, at Kushaiguda.

2. The appellant herein has filed an application against the respondent before the trial Court vide I.A.No.146 of 2020 in O.S.No.248 of 2018, for setting aside the ex-parte decree dated 01.10.2019 passed in O.S.No.248 of 2018 with a delay of 133 days, as such filed another application vide I.A.No.145 of 2020 in O.S.No.248 of 2018, for condoning the delay of 133 days in filing the application for setting aside the ex-parte decree passed against her. The trial Court after considering the arguments of both sides dismissed both the applications on the ground that no sufficient cause was shown to condone the delay in filing the application to set aside the ex-parte Order. Aggrieved by the said Order, appellant has preferred the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
