ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the proceedings No.LC/876 (46) 2005 RM; WL dated 07.096.2006 and action of respondent No.2 in reduction of pay of the petitioner from Rs.7,955/- to Rs.7,810/- and recovery of huge amounts from the petitioner salary without passing any office order of issuing notice is illegal and to direct the respondents to grant special grade increment w.e.f 1992 after completion of 12 years of service from the date of initial appointment by counting the continuity of service granted in I.D.No.27 of 1986 dated 07.04.1986 and W.P.No.31034 of 1998 dated 22.02.1998 including service rendered in other regions and to re-fix the pay by allowing special grade after completion of 12 years i.e., w.e.f 1992 and revised pay scales benefits w.e.f 1992 and pay arrears with 18% interest from the date of eligibility of special grade increment to till payment of arrears including restoration of pay and refund of recovered amounts with all calculation particulars.
