ORDER:

1. This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the of the respondents in not issuing new Digitized Pass Books to the petitioner in respect of his agricultural land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.5.11 Guntas in Sy.Nos.556/13, 556/14 and 556/17, situated at Nustulapur Village, Thimmapur Mandal, Karimnagar District (hereinafter referred to as ‘subject lands’) and sought a direction to the respondents to issue Digitalized Pattadar Pass Books and also to implement Rythu Bandhu Scheme to the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government for Pleader for Revenue.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that after filing the writ petition the respondent-authorities have issued Digitalized Pattadar Pass Book in respect of the subject lands, but not paying the Rythu Bandhu amount in respect of his lands and requested to direct the respondents to pay the Rythu Bandhu amount to the petitioner.

4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that, if the petitioner makes application for payment of Rythu Bandhu amount, the respondents would pass appropriate orders as per existing Rules.

5. After hearing both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make fresh application to the respondent-authorities for grant of Rythu Bandhu amount in respect of his lands, from the date of scheme. On such filing of the application of the petitioner, the respondent-authorities are directed to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law for payment of Rythu Bandhu amount, as expeditiously as possible. No order as to costs.

6. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
