COMMON ORDER:

Tr.CMP No.350 of 2024 is filed under Section 24 of the CPC, 1908, by the petitioner, who is respondent No.3 in MVOP No.1143 of 2024, seeking to withdraw MVOP No.1143 of 2024 on the file of the MACT- cum-Chief Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad and transfer the same to the MACT-cum-Principal District Judge, Jayashankar Bhupalpalli district at Bhupalapally.

2. Tr.CMP Nos.468 of 2024 and 470 of 2024 are filed under Section 24 of the CPC, 1908, by the petitioners, seeking to withdraw MVOP Nos.5 & 6 of 2024, respectively, on the file of the MACT-cum-Principal District Judge at Jayashankar Bhupalpally and transfer the same to the MACT-cum-Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and to club the MVOP Nos.5 and 6 of 2024 along with MVOP No.1143 of 2024.

3. Since the issue involved in all these matters is one and the same, all the Tr.CMPs were heard together and disposed of by this common order.
