ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioners - appellants aggrieved by the docket order dated 15.02.2019 in I.A No.126 of 2019 in A.S.No.176 of 2018 passed by the XXV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, wherein the revision petitioners are directed to pay the amount covered under clause 3 and 4 of the decree by 08.03.2019 and also to pay Rs.2,750/- on or before 5th of every succeeding month and in the event of failure of any condition, the stay would stand vacated.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.
3. Learned counsel for petitioners submitted that the lower appellate Court while passing the impugned order had not considered the agreement between the parties and the evidence of DW.4, the Director of the plaintiff Hospital, who admitted that they have taken huge amount of Rs.20,00,000/-, from the revision petitioners herein while developing the hospital and that they would not claim rents.
3.1. He further submitted that the lower appellate Court without taking into consideration that the trial Court passed the judgment and decree without seeking any relief by the plaintiff for paying the arrear
