ORDER:
This Transfer Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners to transfer D.V.C.No.86 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned II Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar to the file of the learned I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Khammam.
2. Heard Sri Shaik Madar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners. Though notice served upon respondent No.2, none appeared her behalf.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the marriage between the petitioner and respondent No.2 was solemnized on 11.05.2007. He further submitted that the disputes arose, and respondent No.2 deserted him without reason, living separately since 09.03.2020 and that respondent No.2 filed a petition with false allegations under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, which led to a pending case against him and his sister.
