This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not considering the Dharani application bearing Nos.2300027772 and 2300027768 dated 13.09.2023 for mutating her name in revenue records (Dharani portal) and for issuance of e-pattadar passbook in respect of her land admeasuring Acs.6-14 guntas in Survey No.355 situated at Devarakonda Village and Mandal, Nalgonda District, as being illegal and arbitrary.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents, and perused the material on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Acs.6-14 guntas in Survey No.355 situated at Devarakonda Village and Mandal, Nalgonda District, having acquired the same by virtue of registered sale deed bearing document No.7004 of 2023 dated 01.03.2007. Originally, Mrs. Aktharunissa Begum and others were the pattadars of the subject land and they were issued old pattadar passbook vide patta No.82 and 272. When the petitioner has presented the document for registration on 01.03.2007 before the Sub-Registrar, Devarakonda, it was kept pending vide No.P/144/2007 as there was dispute with regard to the payment of stamp duty. As per the order of this Court in W.P. No.3714 of 2012, the Sub-Registrar has registered the document vide No.7004 of 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that in the Dharani portal, the pattadar column was kept blank in respect of the subject land, as the names of vendors of the petitioners were not updated in the Dharani portal. Petitioner has submitted online application bearing Nos.2300027772 and 2300027768 dated 13.09.2023 for mutating her name in the revenue records and for issuance of e-pattadar passbook in respect of the subject land. Grievance of the petitioner is respondent authorities are not acting upon her applications, as such, she is constrained to approach this Court.

5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents has submitted that appropriate action will be taken on the Dharani applications of the petitioner, in accordance with law.

Recording the aforesaid submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, without going into merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the Dharani application bearing Nos.2300027772 and 2300027768 dated 13.09.2023 for mutating her name in revenue records (Dharani portal) and for issuance of e-pattadar passbook in respect of her land admeasuring Acs.6-14 guntas in Survey No.355 situated at Devarakonda Village and Mandal, Nalgonda District, by issuing notice to all concerned/interested persons, and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of forty five (45) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
