This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not considering the Dharani application bearing Nos.2300027772 and 2300027768 dated 13.09.2023 for mutating her name in revenue records (Dharani portal) and for issuance of e-pattadar passbook in respect of her land admeasuring Acs.6-14 guntas in Survey No.355 situated at Devarakonda Village and Mandal, Nalgonda District, as being illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Acs.6-14 guntas in Survey No.355 situated at Devarakonda Village and Mandal, Nalgonda District, having acquired the same by virtue of registered sale deed bearing document No.7004 of 2023 dated 01.03.2007.
