HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE B. VIJAYSEN REDDY WRIT PETITION No.6532 OF 2022 ORDER : (ORAL)

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare action of respondent No.4 in not considering his Dharani application No.LM2100056418 for correction of entries made in the revenue records/Dharani Portal in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.2-07 guntas in Survey No.75/అ2, situated at Mudimyal Village and Gram Panchayat, Chevella Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents and perused the material available on record.

It is claimed that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Acs.2-08 guntas in Survey No.44/ఊ2 and Acs.2-07 guntas in Survey No.75/అ2, situated at Mudimyal Village and Gram Panchayat, Chevella Mandal, Ranga Reddy District having purchased the same under registered sale deed bearing document No.6530 of 2016, dated 23.09.2016. The petitioner was issued pattadar passbook No.T05040170453, with Khata No.1530, in respect of the above said land. That out of Acs.2-07 guntas in Survey No.75/అ2,
