ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short ‘Cr.P.C.’) by the petitioner/de facto complainant seeking a direction to the XVII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad (for short “the trial Court”) the trial to expedite the hearing of the C.C.No.4019 of 2021 by conducting speedy trial and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1 – State.

3. Learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioner/de facto complainant prayed this Court to direct the trial Court to expedite the trial in C.C.No.4019 of 2021 and dispose of the same expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months.

4. In view of the above and as the original C.C. pertains to the year 2021, this Court is inclined to direct the trial Court to conclude the trial and dispose of the C.C. within a period of six (06)

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
