“...to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus a declaring the inaction of the respondents 2 to 4 against the 5th respondent even though the petitioners herein brought to their notice about the irregularities committed by the 5th respondent as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and unwarranted consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 to conduct an enquiry and to take immediate action against the 5th respondent herein and declare the action of the 5th respondent in demarcating the Sy.No.69 and 70 of Telecomnagar Extension, Gachibowli, Serilingampally Mandal, Rangareddy District, with regard to plot Nos.134, 218 and 219 as if the said area is located in Sy.No.91 as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and void…”

2. Heard Sri T.Rajendra Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the owners and possessors of plot Nos.134, 218 and 219 in Survey Nos.69 to 70 of Telecom Nagar Extension, Gachibowli, Sherilingamapally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. Petitioner No.1 is the owner of land to an extent of Acs.181 square yards in Plot No.218, petitioner No.2 is the owner of 199 square yards in Plot No.219 and petitioner No.3 is the owner to an extent of 252 square yards in plot No.134, covered under Survey No.69 and 70 of Telecom Nagar extension, Gachibowli, Ranga Reddy District and the same was purchased through Registered Sale deeds in the year 1996 by paying valuable sale consideration and the since then the petitioners have been in possession and enjoyment of the said property.

4. While things stood thus, in the year 2015, Revenue officials without issuing any notice erected a board mentioning that the subject land is the Government Land. Thereafter, the petitioners submitted representation on 19.02.2015 to respondent No.2 requesting not to regularize the petitioners’ plots in favour of any body. In spite of the same, at the instance of respondent No.5, third parties are trying to alienate the property. Respondent No.2 has not taken any steps to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners on 19.02.2015, without any valid reasons and the action of respondent No.2 is contrary to law.

5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the petitioner may be directed to submit a fresh representation by enclosing a copy of the earlier representation and requested this Court to grant reasonable time to pass appropriate orders. 6. In view of the said submissions, without going into the merits of the case, liberty is granted to the petitioners to submit a fresh representation by enclosing a copy of the earlier representation dated 19.02.2015 to respondent No.2 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such representation, respondent No.2 is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of eight(8) weeks from thereafter after giving opportunity to the petitioners including personal hearing.

7. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
