This writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to declare action of respondent No.2 in not considering their Dharani application vide Ref. No.UL2300002324, dated 22.02.2023, for issuing digital pattadar pass books in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.1-06 guntas in Survey Nos.197/14/E and 197/14/AA, situated at Nadergul Village, Balapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents, and perused the material available on record.
3. It is stated that originally Mr. Kommu Mallaiah, the father of the petitioners, was the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Acs.3-19 guntas in Survey No.197/14, situated at Nadergul Village, Balapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. After his demise, the petitioners herein and another brother by name Mr. Kommu Mysaiah succeeded to the above said land and the petitioners herein are in possession and enjoyment of the subject land admeasuring names were mutated in the revenue records and in Form 1B Register
