ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2^nd respondent in not removing the illegal construction made by the 3^rd respondent in the land of the petitioner of an extent of Ac.1.00 guntas situated at survey No.146/63 in Ward No.2, Yapal Area in Mandamarri Municipality, Mandamarri Mandal, Mancherial District, as being illegal, arbitrary, contrary to Land Transfer Regulation Act 1 of 1970 (for short ‘Regulation 1 of 1970’), with a consequential direction to the 2^nd respondent to remove the illegal construction made by the 3^rd respondent.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department appearing for respondent No.1, Sri B.Jagan Madhav Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.2, Sri Chatla Madhu, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3, and with the consent of the counsel appearing for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing and disposal, at admission stage.
