2. The appellant herein is sole accused in S.C.No.152 of 2014. Vide impugned judgment dated 01.04.2015, the learned VIII Addl. District and Sessions Judge at Medak convicted him for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 379 of IPC.

3. According to the prosecution, the appellant committed murder of the deceased for gain. Accused belongs to Indoor Village of Raikode Mandal of Medak District. Long back, his parents were separated and went away. His paternal uncle took him to his house at Patancheru, where he stayed and worked as labour. He was addicted for bad habits and started committing thefts from about 3 to 4 years. He was arrested at Patancheru and sent to jail. He was sentenced to 10 months imprisonment.
