2. In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:
“For the reasons mentioned in the accompanying affidavit it is prayed this Hon’ble Court may pleased to issue writ of mandamus, any other writ, order or orders declaring that the action of official respondents in seeking to lay road within the full tank level of “Nacharam Peda Cheruvu” over the area ear marked for the development of Walker’s Tack, which is available towards the south “Nacharam Pedda Cheruvu” and north of main road of petitioner’s Association as being arbitrary, illegal, and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the official respondents to develop the Walker’s tack in between the fencing portion towards south of “Nacharam Pedda Cheruvu” and pass such other order or orders which the circumstances of the case may warrant.”
