2. This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief:
“…to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the order of the speical court under A.P. Land Grabbing (Prohibition Act, 1982) passed in LGC No.104 of 1990, dated 4.7.2011 as illegal, null and void and consequently declare that the petitioners do not come under the purview of Section 2(d) and (e) of A.P.Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, 1982 and pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice...”
3. Brief facts:
State of Andhra Pradesh, represented by Revenue Divisional Officer made an application alleging that 4,147 sq. mts. of Shikam Talab land in Sy.No.43 of Bholakpur Village was grabbed by Ramesh Dhanda and 9 others. On 29.06.1990, the Special Court under A.P. Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, 1982 took cognizance and issued notices to the petitioners
